Be of Good Cheer Fancy Favor

I really love the Fancy Favor Die, its probably my favorite box/bag to make with the big shot. The fun scallopy edge at the top is probably my favorite part.  And its easy to dress up with some designer paper. This is the new Be of Good Cheer DSP and it is my favorite Christmas paper that we’ve had yet.

Paper: Gumball Green, Be of Good Cheer DSP

Accessories: Fancy Favor Bigz XL die & Big Shot, Slot punch (retired), Cherry Cobbler scalloped dot ribbon.

Be of Good Cheer Delightful Decorations Tag – Sneak Peek

Love the new in color Gumball green, its so bright and fun! This is a very simple tag to make, its from the 2 tags die, and I just punched out a design with the ornament punch and a to/from stamp from delightful decorations. See the perfect coverage on the stamped image? That’s all due to the new firm foam style ink pads!

Stamps: Delightful Decorations

Paper: Gumball Green, Whisper White, Be of Good Cheer DSP

Ink: Gumball Green

Accessories: Big Shot & Two Tags die, ornament punch, cherry cobbler baker’s twine

Be of Good Cheer Scallop Envelope Box – Sneak Peek

This is a refreshingly easy box to make 🙂 4 cuts of a scallop envelope die and just adhere the tabs together into a box and decorate! The top flaps can also be closed on top, but I think this is probably best with them tied open.

Paper: Cherry Cobbler, Be of Good Cheer DSP

Accessories: Big Shot and Scallop Envelope Die, Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon

Greeting Card Kids & a Sneak Peek

As you may know, Greeting card kids is not a new set, but this would be the very first time my set has seen ink! The rest of the card does have new items featured on it though, The Be of Good Cheer designer paper, the Gumball Green Stitched satin ribbon and Gumball green ink!

Stamps: Greeting Card Kids, Delightful Decorations

Paper: Gumball Green, Very Vanilla, Be of Good Cheer DSP

Ink: Basic Black, Gumball Green, Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, Soft Suede

Accessories: Top Note Die & Big Shot, Gumball Green Satin Stitched Ribbon, Regals Designer Buttons

Be of Good Cheer Sneak Peek

In General, tis NOT the season for Christmas cards, but one of the sneak peek items available to demonstrators this month was this great designer series paper called Be of Good Cheer.  Not being a huge fan of the holiday offerings in the past, I have to say that this one is a winner in my book!  Lots of simple patterns that are great for cards!  This card also uses Snow Swirled, Tags til Christmas, Champagne Shimmer paint and the colors are Cherry Cobbler and the new In-color Gumball Green!  Oh, and that banner? It was cut with a new framelit collection called bitty banners.  Look for all this new stuff (and returning stuff) in the catalog in June.

Christmas Keepsake Box

I showed this at my class and everyone just loved it!  It is of course from Christmas time, but I believe I made it afterwards.  I just didn’t have the time.  I may gift it this year though, I already had a few requests… fill this with candy and give it to me! 😀  I think this kit is still available on the clearance rack.  I didn’t follow it to a T, instead I made it my own, keeping a bit close to the original.

Stamps: Jolly Bingo Bits, Christmas Greetings

Paper: Real Red, Wild Wasabi, Naturals Ivory, Newsprint DSP, Candy Cane DSP

Ink: Real Red, Basic Black, Wild Wasabi

Accessories: Vintage tags, Decorative Lable punch, wide oval punch, simply scored, Real Red striped grosgrain ribbon, top note die, big shot, real red grosgrain ribbon, pearl accent, linen thread
