A fun gift for my stampers

Once in awhile I like to reward my stampers with a little gift just for coming to stamp with me!  I made this cute little flower basket filled with drink packets.  I got the idea on pinterest, so here’s the link so you can make one!

Again, I used the pop-up posies kit, it has these little cupcake liners and big Summer Starfruit brads that make great daises. I layered these over a flower from the mixed bunch set.

I tucked a little thank you card into each one too, here’s a peek at that.  It uses the petite curly label punch and the pretty petites stamp set from SAB.  I punched out images from the Patio Party designer paper, which is where the Summer Starfruit dot paper comes from in the basket too.

Affection Collection Convention Make & Takes part 2

I think I’ve fallen in love with the natural composition dsp! Its so cool!  This pouch isn’t my favorite project, but it is one I did most of at convention because I wanted the help on the flower mostly.  It did smash a bit in my overstuffed luggage too but I was able to round it out a bit.  The flower is a long skinny strip of fabric double lined (both sides) with sticky strip and gathered around a skewer into a rose/flower shape.

Stamps: Affection Collection

Paper: Whisper white, Midnight Muse, Primrose Petals, Natural Composition DSP

Ink: Primrose Petals, Midnight Muse, Daffodil Delight

Accessories: rhinestone accents, essentials designer fabric, blossom punch, primrose petals stitched satin ribbon

Daydream Medallions Make & Takes from Convention

This set of love notes and a cute box was the make and take for our first day at convention.  The box has the leftover circles from the Daydream medallions set inked in versamark for fun polka dots.  The cards are really pretty too.  This might have been my favorite day of projects.

Paper: Whisper white, More Mustard, Primrose Petals

Ink: Early Espresso, Primrose Petals, Midnight Muse, Daffodil Delight, Versamark

Accessories: faceted buttons, rhinestone accents, floral frame framelits, linen thread, kraft gift box, big shot.

Comfort Cafe Tea Holder

Did you know? The new catalog starts today!  A great new layout, and awesome new product and some returning stuff too like the stamp set I used on this cute tea holder.  It was from the last holiday mini and is called You Are Loved.  The flowers in this set match this designer paper pretty well 🙂  There’s a tutorial to make this tea holder here: Tea Bag Holder.  It’s really pretty easy to make!

Comfort Cafe Bookmark

This is a fun corner bookmark (fits in the top corner of your page).  The directions to make this was in our demonstrator magazine Stampin’ Success in March.  I used the edgelits to curve the end for a fancier look.  Mary Fish had a great video tutorial, so click her name to go see it!

Be of Good Cheer Fancy Favor

I really love the Fancy Favor Die, its probably my favorite box/bag to make with the big shot. The fun scallopy edge at the top is probably my favorite part.  And its easy to dress up with some designer paper. This is the new Be of Good Cheer DSP and it is my favorite Christmas paper that we’ve had yet.

Paper: Gumball Green, Be of Good Cheer DSP

Accessories: Fancy Favor Bigz XL die & Big Shot, Slot punch (retired), Cherry Cobbler scalloped dot ribbon.

Be of Good Cheer Delightful Decorations Tag – Sneak Peek

Love the new in color Gumball green, its so bright and fun! This is a very simple tag to make, its from the 2 tags die, and I just punched out a design with the ornament punch and a to/from stamp from delightful decorations. See the perfect coverage on the stamped image? That’s all due to the new firm foam style ink pads!

Paper: Gumball Green, Whisper White, Be of Good Cheer DSP

Ink: Gumball Green

Accessories: Big Shot & Two Tags die, ornament punch, cherry cobbler baker’s twine

Be of Good Cheer Scallop Envelope Box – Sneak Peek

This is a refreshingly easy box to make 🙂 4 cuts of a scallop envelope die and just adhere the tabs together into a box and decorate! The top flaps can also be closed on top, but I think this is probably best with them tied open.

Comfort Cafe Midnight Muse Milk Carton Box – Sneak Peek

This is another project that I’ve wanted to try since I first saw it at last summer’s convention. This isn’t painfully difficult, but at the same time, isn’t exactly simple either. But its a great box that will fit a small, but not tiny, gift.

Dawn O. made a great video that will definitely help you make this. You’ll find her page with the video linked under her name.

Paper: Midnight Muse, Comfort Cafe

Accessories: Very Vanilla 1/8″ Taffeta ribbon, big shot and milk carton die, sticky strip.
